Callander’s Landscape

During lockdown, as part of my work with CMC Associates I was responsible for preparing an interpretation plan for Callander’s Landscape, part of a wider project to better connect the town with its nearby countryside attractions.

I then collaborated with designers Sharyn and Rob at CMC to deliver a new suite of interpretation panels. These included totems within Callander itself, and others out at some of the area’s key sites including Bochastle Roman Fort. Throughout, I was given a steer on factual accuracy and most recent research to share by the archaeology and nature specialists working within the project team. We later produced an additional panel celebrating Gaelic placenames within the area.
